Aubergine at the Compleat Angler is a fashionable and refined dining venue, and is a sister restaurant to the award-winning Aubergine in Chelsea, London. A recent addition to the hotel, Aubergine opened in autumn 2008. It is an intimate space, seating only 45, making it ideal for a personal dining event. This restaurant is unequivocally modern French, and is the place to go for fine dining. Aubergine is open six days a week for lunch and dinner.

Bowaters Restaurant provides contemporary interpretations of traditional seasonal British cuisine, and has its own riverside terrace for the quintessential Compleat Angler dining experience. Bowaters has been awarded two AA rosettes for its superb food, and is ideal for any meal of the day: it is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and of course, afternoon tea.

For something a little more informal, drinks, snacks and light meals are served all day in the attractive lounge. The cosy and historic oak-panelled cocktail bar is an atmospheric place to enjoy a quiet drink.
