Meeting Room The four-star Shrigley Hall, set in the countryside to the west of the Peak District, is home to a total of 12 meeting and event facilities. This means there are spaces for all sorts of activities and occasions, from conferences and banquets to private parties and board meetings. The largest room has a capacity of 250, while other facilities can host smaller scale activities in addition. The grounds ensure that team building events are also a possibility; for example, visitors can enjoy a round of golf in the afternoon after a morning of meetings. Access is made easy by the presence of major roads nearby, while there is a train station at Macclesfield, approximately seven miles from the hotel.

Among the 12 meeting rooms is the Tilden Suite which is set in a former church, a structure built in 1926 as a place of worship for monks. With its lovely dome roof and picturesque stained glass windows the Tilden provides an attractive backdrop in which to hold an event. The suite has its own bar, dance floor and reception area and so is ideal for wedding celebrations among other activities.

The William Turner, the Brabazon, the Cheshire and the Stafford suites are among the other meeting rooms at the hotel. The Turner and Brabazon suites are elegantly decorated and can seat up to 150 people in theatre style, while the latter two rooms are suitable for training events and feature modern equipment. Some of the other facilities go by the names the Boardroom, the Devonshire, the Fairway, the Upper Moorland, the Lower Moorland and the new Woodford suite. These rooms can host anywhere between 30 and 90 people.
