The Park Royal Hotel has 15 versatile and state-of-the-art conferencing suites. Each one is ideally suited to the task of hosting today’s diverse range of events, and with Q Hotels’ experience of planning, organising and executing small and large events, you can be assured that your event will be one to remember. The largest suite is capable of accommodating up to 400 delegates, and there are other smaller rooms that can be tailored to suit your requirements. Facilities are modern and purpose-built, and each event is designated an events manager, who is present every step of the way.

Outside there are spaces for 400 cars and so if you’re travelling from further afield there is plenty of space for your vehicle. Between meetings guests can go for a stroll in the grounds outside or head to the lounge bar for a drink. Wireless internet is available throughout the conference rooms at no additional charge.
