The hotel’s main restaurant is the Filini which is situated on the venue’s ground floor and serves from a menu of Italian dishes. It uses modern methods, making the most of fresh local produce where possible. The restaurant looks out over the River Wear and serves the Radisson breakfast buffet with its choice of 80 items from around the world, as well as meals for lunch time and dinner time.

In addition, there is the lobby bar with its selection of drinks and light meals. It offers a great place to kick off the day over a coffee, or for lunch in the middle of the day.
