There are 24 elegant and luxurious rooms at Sharrow Bay, each one decorated and furnished to the very highest standard in a style befitting such a handsome country retreat. Each room has its own unique character, and offers views of the lake or the fells. Rooms are located in the Main House, Garden Rooms and the Edwardian Gatehouse Lodge, and accommodation is also available at Bank House.

In addition to the communal areas, the Main House contains 8 bedrooms of varying size and appointment. Those rooms at the front have lovely views. The six bedrooms and suites that comprise the Garden Rooms are housed in a separate building. Each is luxuriously furnished in a period style.

The Edwardian Gatehouse Lodge is again a separate building, with three kingsize bedrooms and one double room, ideal for group stays. The Bank House is a little further away from the main building, offering further exclusion. It holds five double bedrooms, again decorated in a historic manner. The Bank House is a converted farm building, and in addition to accommodation it contains a choice of lounges and the Refectory Dining Room.
