Meeting Room The Park Hotel has been one of Barnstaple’s most popular hotels for conferences and events for some time. There are two event rooms to choose from, both of which offer superior views towards the River Taw and Rock Park.

The Park Suite is the larger of the two function suites; it has a convenient ground floor location and a maximum capacity of 300. It can be used for business or leisure purposes. The second room is the first-floor Riverside Suite, which is suitable for anything from a boardroom setting for a dozen people up to a theatre-style presentation for 150 delegates. Both function suites have civil ceremony licenses, meaning the Park Hotel Barnstaple can also be used as a central wedding venue.
