The four-star Christchurch Harbour Hotel takes up a lovely position looking out over the harbour and sea on the coast of Dorset. Contained within a grade II listed structure, the hotel occupies a striking building as well as offering complete modern convenience thanks to a thorough refurbishment. The establishment was constructed as long ago as the 18th century and was a home to several families over the years, when it was known as Mudeford House. The property changed hands in the 1870s, and was transformed into a hotel just as the Second World War loomed, operating under the name of the Avonmouth Hotel. In 2008 it was bought out and revamped once again, gaining several additions – including a new name - but remaining firmly in keeping with its Regency style.

The Christchurch Harbour Hotel is found close to Bournemouth in the county of Dorset and is said to be one of the top four-star properties in the region. Its location puts it near the New Forest National Park, and visitors are also able to easily head to the beaches, which are within walking distance of the hotel, as well as Hengistry Head nature reserve and Mudeford Quay. Conveniently, Bournemouth Airport is only a 20 minute journey away, while the closest train station is around two miles away, in Christchurch itself. If travelling by car, the M27 is approximately 30 minutes drive from the hotel.

For meetings and events there are six facilities that can accommodate activities for up to 150 people in a theatre style seating plan, while there are also more intimate rooms for smaller scale occasions.
