There are 77 Rooms, Executive Rooms and Suites at The Haven Hotel. All are spacious and tastefully appointed, and many offer splendid views of Poole Bay, Poole Harbour or Brownsea Island. A lift is available to some, but not all areas of the hotel.

Inland Rooms face away from the waters, and are available with either single, twin or double beds. The décor is contemporary and well equipped, with each room boasting satellite television, video on demand, direct dial telephone, trouser press, hairdryer and a courtesy tray. Many rooms offer internet access. Superior rooms share these facilities but also enjoy harbour views, and some have balconies. Additionally, Family rooms are available with either an extra single bed or interconnecting room with bunk beds. These rooms can sleep a family of four.

Like Superior rooms, Executive options have balconies and preferential views over the water. They also contain a fridge and a safety deposit box. The most spacious accommodation is contained within the Suites. These rooms have a double bedroom, separate seating area, a balcony with sea views, and two bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi bath.
