The Balfour room is the hotel’s function suite. The suite looks over the attractive walled gardens, and can be used as the location for an intimate civil ceremony or a professional corporate event. It has a maximum capacity of 24 delegates in a boardroom setting and 50 guests theatre-style.

For business functions, the Winchester Hotel du Vin carries a day delegate rate, which incorporates room hire, flipchart, notepads and pens, mineral water and fruit, unlimited tea and coffee, and a two-course or working buffet lunch. Residential rates are also available.
