Spa Health at The Spa Hotel is one of the more modern aspects of the venue, and provides a welcome release from the outside world. The facilities contained at Spa Health include an indoor heated pool and two gyms with cardio and resistance machines. There are also saunas and a steam room.

Within the gardens there is a tennis court and a jogging trail snaking through the grounds. The hotel is also located close to Tunbridge Wells Golf Club, which has a challenging 9 hole course.

The refurbishment of the hotel has seen the addition of ‘Spa Spa’ to the facilities, which has nine treatment rooms and a relaxation space. Spa Spa has a comprehensive therapy menu, including a choice of soothing day packages.
