'Cassis' @ Stanley House is the hotel restaurant of Stanley House and is popular with residents and non-residents alike. The talented chef and his dedicated team strive to put a contemporary edge on a host of classic dishes, something they achieve with great success. Up to 80 guests can be accommodated in this wonderful setting and it is advisable to book early, such is the reputation of Cassis.
