The Eighteen57 Restaurant serves food to an AA rosette standard and brings together a range of traditional and more modern dishes. It is open in the evenings for much of the week to offer dinner to guests.

The Grill Restaurant is an increasingly popular place in which to dine and is good for breakfast and evening meals. Visitors can enjoy views of the countryside while they take on board their meal.

At the Pines Lounge Bar visitors are able to sip a coffee, read the newspaper or simply sit with friends over a cup of tea to relax. Food is also available in this part of the hotel.
