There is a restaurant at the Thistle which goes by the name Brasserie 43 Restaurant and which offers a place to relax and enjoy a meal in a cosmopolitan environment. The restaurant has an open plan kitchen allowing guests to see what’s going on as their food is cooked. Modern British and international food has made its way onto the menu which can be eaten alongside wines and all sorts of other beverages.

To complement the restaurant is Bar 43 which is a comfortable venue in which to have a drink or two into the evening. It opens for much of the evening and can seat up to 60 people. There is another bar at the hotel called the Westminster Bar and Lounge which is an informal setting for catching up with friends or colleagues for example.
