The meeting rooms’ flexibility means they can be set up in a theatre format, banquet style, boardroom shape and classroom layout depending on the size and shape of the facility. There are eight meeting and event rooms in total as well as a further seven breakout rooms which can be used for a variety of purposes and activities. The largest of the rooms is the Adelaide Suite which can accommodate for up to 300 people at any one time. There is also a business centre onsite with various items of conference equipment available. Aside from the Adelaide Suite the rooms are named after counties in the south-east of the United Kingdom.
