The Crowne Plaza London Docklands carries a bespoke conference floor, known as Meeting Success. There are nine rooms available at Meeting Success, all of which benefit from both natural daylight and a range of lighting solutions, adaptable layouts, hi-tech equipment and wireless internet access. The Meeting Success breakout area is equally flexible. The hotel also has a dedicated conference consultant and offers both 8- and 24-hour delegate packages.

The largest of the meeting facilities is the Docklands Suite which is able to host up to 275 in theatre style. The suite can also be split into smaller sections, named east and west.
