The relaxed Bugis Street Brasserie offers a selection of interesting Singaporean, Chinese and Malaysian dishes for those who come to stay, or indeed those who are passing by. The brasserie was opened in 2006 and its specialities include Nasi Goreng, fish fillets stir fry and aromatic crispy duck. The establishment can also cater for group occasions for up to 40 people.

Situated next to the brasserie on the Copthorne Tara’s ground floor, the bar serves food from its all day menu beginning at 11 in the morning. It remains open until 1.30am each day of the week and weekend.
