For meetings and other types of event the Hesperia at London Victoria is home to nine flexible facilities that are suitable for all sorts of different activities. Five of the rooms are found in the Gallery Conference Centre and here meetings for up to 120 people can be held, while there are also small suites for groups of just four to six people.

There is a business centre at the Hesperia Victoria as well as amenities such as wireless internet, projection, PA system, flipchart and an internet, fax and photocopy service.
