The Millennium Conference Centre brings together an extensive series of meeting and event rooms which allow for private and social events as well as conferences and conventions. There are 30 different rooms in total, many of which can be put together to form larger facilities. As well as facilities for large scale activities, there are also spaces for small occasions such as board meetings or interviews. The largest room in the conference centre is the Orchard Suite and this is able to accommodate for up to 640 people for a reception style meeting and 500 when laid out in theatre.

Further, there is a business centre at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel which is available to all guests and which features a range of secretarial and IT services.
