The Capital has a particularly high profile restaurant and this has led to its being labelled the best hotel for food in the UK by Conde Nast Traveller. The five-star townhouse hotel was also put in the top 500 of Travel and Leisure’s hotels in 2008, giving some insight into the following the establishment has developed.

London’s Capital Hotel is positioned in the west of London, just a stone’s throw from a number of impressive and famous sites. The hotel lies around the corner from some of the city’s most prestigious and popular shops, namely the likes of Harrods and Harvey Nichols. This is also a good location for easy access to the museums that are spread across this part of the nation’s capital; the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Science Museum are all nearby. Other places to visit while staying at the Capital Hotel come in the form of Hyde Park to the north and Buckingham Palace to the east. Meanwhile, should you be visiting the Royal Albert Hall for an event or a Prom the Capital is a 10 minute walk or so away.
