The Blue Smoke Steakhouse is the main restaurant at the hotel and serves typical North American cuisine, with some of the world’s top ingredients said to have been used. The likes of seafood and fish have made it onto the menu in this restaurant which opens in the evening.

Guests can head to the Senses Restaurant to take on board some breakfast of a continental or English variety. When it comes to lunch or dinner time there are a number of southern Italian dishes that grace the menu. Senses can be used for groups of up to 350 people should it be required.
