The hotel’s standard rooms have a king bed, two single beds or one queen bed and each has views out to the courtyard. The rooms are designed to help both business and leisure visitors and so feature the likes of a desk, internet access, a television, an iron with ironing board and a mini bar.

These rooms either look down on the Portman Square gardens or the side streets of the city. Some have king beds and some are twin rooms, making them suitable for a maximum of three guests. The rooms feature many of the same amenities as the standard facilities.

The Regency Executive rooms offer access to the Regency Club where there is continental breakfast and evening cocktails awaiting at certain points throughout the day. There are three rooms in this category which are each larger than 50 square metres and have a separate living space. They are high up in the Hyatt Regency Hotel and so boast good views of the streets, gardens and surroundings below.
