Everything about this classy central London restaurant comes against the backdrop of its award-winning reputation. The Michelin-starred restaurant serves Italian cuisine and can seat up to 90 people in its stylish setting. Among the choices on the menu are char-grilled squid, hand-made tagliatelle with kid goat ragu, pan-fried veal cutlet and fillet of sea bass. The wine list is also full of Italian options, while many of the chef’s ingredients are from the same European country.

The vibrant Montagu restaurant is the hotel’s other main option for meals and looks out over the gardens nearby. British dishes are the mainstay of the menu and they are prepared in the open kitchen. The restaurant is suitable for those in the local area as well as hotel guests, whether they come for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Another option is afternoon tea which is served between 3pm and 6pm each day, while a traditional roast dinner is a must at Sunday lunch time.

The bar is open from 4 in the afternoon until the early hours from Monday until Saturday, while on Sundays it opens two hours later. Live entertainment complements the drinks, of which there is plenty of choice.
