There are three meeting and event facilities at the hotel – the Writing Room, the Oak Room and the Lancaster Room, and they can be used for all sorts of small scale occasions. The function rooms can be used in theatre, classroom, cabaret, banquet, reception, boardroom and u-shape styles with a maximum capacity of 30 on offer. The rooms feature natural daylight, air conditioning and are equipped with the relevant conference equipment.
For meetings and events of various kinds there are 17 facilities at the Ardencote Manor for your use. They can be utilised for wedding receptions, seminars, conferences and board meetings, while there is also space for team building activities should you wish to incorporate something outdoors for example. Nine of the rooms are for functions and eight are syndicates, set aside for smaller occasions.

For your activity you can make the most of catering for groups of between two and 300 as well as air conditioning, wireless internet access, natural daylight, onsite car parking and a business centre.
