The two restaurants are both stylish and modern in appearance and so go well to complement the excellent cuisine on offer. The Maze restaurant is the proud owner of a Michelin star and is the work of famous television chef Gordon Ramsey. It offers a menu of French cuisine with Asian twists for guests to enjoy. The dress code is formal.

The other option is the Maze Grill which is less formal than Maze and offers a choice of steaks and meats. It opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is styled on a New York grill restaurant. Beef, fresh fish and other grilled meats are all among the options on the menu.
