The Park Plaza’s dining facilities are entitled the Spectrum Restaurant due to the effect of the 14-storey atrium which projects a myriad of colours into the dining area. The menu is distinctly Mediterranean with the likes of pizza and tapas on the menu.

The Bar serves beers and cocktails of varying categories and proves an excellent location to spend time relaxing at the end of the day. Lunch can also be enjoyed in this part of the hotel.
