Dining at Slaley Hall is a pleasure. Hadrian’s Brasserie is a stylish setting, and gives a fantastic feeling of Northumberland quality, both in the local produce used in the regional menu and the surrounding countryside views.

Duke’s Grill also specialises in local cuisine such as cheeses and other Northumberland produce. It has an atmospheric location in the hotel’s period Drawing Room which dates to Edwardian times. 

For a more informal meal, the Claret Jug is a laid-back venue with views over the championship golf courses. The 19th hole for golfers, this is a great venue for any guests, serving fine food and a host of drinks, from breakfast until the evening bistro selection.

Visitors to the hotel in the Northumberland countryside can relax over a drink in the bar which has good views from its terrace in particular. Cocktails, wines, beers and other drinks are available in this part of the hotel. Further, there is also a whisky snug that offers a cosy setting for a couple of drinks.
