Meeting Room The Oxford Hotel offers some of the most diverse and extensive conferencing facilities in Oxford within the Cranmer Conference Centre. All of the rooms are equipped with natural light, air-conditioning, wireless internet and up to date audiovisual equipment, and are staffed by an experienced events team.

There are 25 meeting rooms suitable for a range of events, even weddings. Four of the rooms at the hotel have a civil ceremony license. Several suites are divisible into smaller rooms: the University Suite can be separated in half into the Magdalen or St John’s rooms, or into thirds into the Magdalen, St John’s and Christchurch rooms. The Cherwell Suite can be divided into the Thames and Windrush rooms, and the Blenheim Suite into the Woodstock and Bladon rooms. Additionally, the hotel benefits from the Oriel Marquee, a semi-permanent structure ideal for large functions. The hotel grounds may also be used for team-building events.
