Blenheim Palace is one of the UK’s most instantly recognisable stately homes and is a national treasure. The magnificent palace is the ancestral home of the Dukes of Marlborough, and was the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. In addition to exploring the wonderful palace itself, visitors may also stroll around the beautiful grounds – landscaped by Capability Brown – ride on the miniature train, get close to wildlife in the butterfly house and get lost in the maze. There is also a tearoom and gift shop.
