All 81 double and twin en suite guestrooms are part of the classic collection of bedrooms at the hotel and they come with new coverings and textiles. Many rooms also offer stunning views of the Cheshire and Shropshire countryside from their own private patios. Some of the rooms are set aside as accessible facilities meanwhile, while some bedrooms are connected and so are ideal for families.

In each of the classic rooms at the Hill Valley Hotel guests will find plasma televisions, mini bars, internet access, refreshments in the way of tea, coffee and water, and hairdryers.
