The Priory Restaurant at the Bath Priory Hotel is a very highly rated Bath dining choice. It is run under the direction of Executive Chef Michael Caines, who has two Michelin stars to his name. There is a second choice in the cosy Browns dining area, but superior service is provided in both restaurants.

The Kitchen Gardens within the grounds provide many of the ingredients used in the restaurant menus. As you may expect, the fine cuisine is innovative and inventive, served in elegant and charming surroundings. The menu merges tasty British produce with a distinct French influence. The food is of course complemented by an extensive selection of the finest wines.
