The Garden Lodge lies close to the main Manor House, and contains 10 twin rooms with two single beds, 19 double rooms, and 2 family rooms, which contain two double beds, a seating area and patio space. These rooms have en suite facilities, and a good selection of amenities, such as LCD satellite television, broadband internet access, hairdryer, tea & coffee, and 24 hour room service.

The Manor House is the historic main body of the Combe Grove Manor Hotel. It holds the more luxurious accommodation. The Manor House offers 7 Manor Deluxe rooms. These have been refurbished in a fashionable style, and have a kingsize bed, and both work and lounge spaces. There are also 2 Manor Suites, with additional period features and superior bathrooms. As well as standard facilities, Manor House rooms enjoy a Tassimo coffee maker, CD player, and bathrobes & slippers.
