Christchurch Mansion is a magnificent Tudor mansion that is home to the largest public collection of paintings by Constable and Gainsborough outside London. The striking building is found around five minutes from the centre of Ipswich and boasts lovely grounds in addition to the galleries inside. Not only are there Constable and Gainsborough works, other artists have also contributed to the exhibition.

Come and see the 100 or so major exhibits, built or operated in the Ipswich area and housed in a 1937-built trolleybus depot. The Ipswich Transport Museum is a haven for history and vehicle lovers and came into existence in the middle of the 1960s. As well as motor driven items there are also horse-drawn vehicles in the museum.

Set up in 2001, the cruises are designed to offer an enjoyable and relaxing way to explore the Orwell as it works its way towards the North Sea.
