Newcastle’s Royal Station Hotel is a handsome Victorian railway hotel adjacent to Newcastle Central Station, in the heart of the vibrant city centre. Certain parts of the hotel can be used for weddings meanwhile and the historic nature of the venue lends itself to such occasions.

Easy to get to, the three-star Royal Station Hotel is situated at the heart of Newcastle, next to the train station in the city centre, as its name suggests and has already been mentioned. Further, the national express bus station is just two minutes away. Car parking is available onsite, albeit in limited supply, and there is extra parking at the station car park which is chargeable, naturally. Thanks to its position in Newcastle the hotel is ideally placed for visitors to reach its various businesses and attractions. There are many bridges in view that cross the River Tyne while for those that enjoy shopping there is plenty for them too. For sport lovers meanwhile there is St James’ Park, home to Newcastle United FC, Kingston Park which hosts Newcastle Falcons rugby club and the Gosforth Park horse racing track.
