Open for breakfast, lunch and evening meals, Pendigo’s Restaurant is a contemporary place in which to dine. It is set on the lower ground floor of the hotel although there is also a terrace area too for al fresco dining. European food of varying kinds is to be found on the menu.

From the glass-fronted bar it is possible to look out over the lake which has the same name as the hotel’s restaurant. In the bar guests can utilise wireless internet access while there is also coffee from Starbucks to be enjoyed in addition.
