There are eight meeting and event rooms at the Lygon Arms Hotel in Worcestershire, a number of which take their names from places around the UK such as Edinburgh, Worcester and Torrington. On the whole the meeting rooms display the historic charm for which the hotel is known, with ornate ceilings and decor as well as paintings and so on. The majority of the rooms are fairly small although the largest is the Russell room which is almost 150 square metres in size.

Natural daylight enters some of the meeting rooms, while in each, delegates and visitors are able to make the most of wireless internet access, blackout facilities, dimming lights, air conditioning and audiovisual equipment.
