| By Road: |
From the M5 and A38
Turn off the M5 at Junction 30 and follow the A379 to Exeter (visitors arriving via the A38 should turn off the A38 onto the A379 towards Exeter). At the Countess Wear Roundabout, take the third exit and head for the City Centre. After 2 miles you will reach a junction. Keep right and you will turn right onto Magdalen Street, where you will find the hotel on your right hand side.

From the East (A30)
After you pass under the M5, follow signs to Exeter City Centre. Turn right at the first set of traffic lights towards Heavitree and City Centre. After one mile, the road forks; take the left hand fork into Magdalen Street, where you will find the hotel on your left hand side.

From the West (A30)
Take the “Exeter City Centre” exit and follow the signs to the city centre. At the Exe Bridges roundabout, turn right, heading towards Exeter City Centre and the Inner Bypass. Continue up the hill and through the traffic lights. You will find the hotel on your right hand side.
