There are 105 rooms and suites in total at the Culloden Hotel, comprising 40 superior double rooms, 41 executive rooms. Each of the rooms has been decorated in a classical, elegant style and is furnished to a high standard, while the amenities and facilities are of the standard expected of a luxury hotel. Many of the bedrooms command superb views of the gardens and Belfast Lough. There are also two bedrooms set aside for users with disabilities.

In addition to the bedrooms there are six junior suites, 15 state suites and the glorious palace presidential suite. Luxury abounds in steepling measure in some of these facilities and there are some, such as the Amethyst Suite, which are split over two levels. Many big names have at one time passed through and stayed at the rooms of the Culloden Hotel; among them are John Major, U2, Tom Jones, Ainsley Harriot and Billy Connelly.
