The Blythswood Square Hotel’s restaurant was originally used as a ballroom when under the use of Scottish Automobile Club. Accordingly it is an architecturally appealing venue, incorporating a dining area and a cocktail bar. The hotel seeks to create a relaxed and fun environment in which to dine, while the food comprises local ingredients where possible, for breakfast and dinner.
The Salon Lounge is located on the hotel’s first floor, boasting good views and comfortable sofas. Here guests can enjoy some afternoon tea, some coffee in the morning or some champagne should they wish. There is also the Rally Bar, which is the place to take on board a cocktail or two in the evening.
