The largest of the facilities is the Clyde Suite, which can host up to 800 delegates or guests at any one time. There are also 10 breakout rooms as well as a business centre offering various services.

A conference planner is on hand to help with the lead up and running of the event, while facilities on offer include audiovisual and communications technology and wired internet access.
