The brasserie opens seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, although it is typically closed at Sunday lunchtime.
Named after some historic writings from a Latin poet, the Georgics Bar is a lively and popular place in which to enjoy good conversations over some beverages or something from the bar menu. Hotel residents and Glasgow locals head to the bar to catch some of its buzzing atmosphere and take on board some drinks.
The contemporary Millennium Lounge is ideal for coffees, cocktails and snacks throughout the day. It has a conservatory overlooking George Square and is open from seven in the morning through until late.
