There are plenty of restaurants and bars at the Coylumbridge Hilton Hotel for guests to make the most of, with two restaurants and four bars found under the venue’s roof. The primary restaurant is the Grant Room which can seat up to 375 people and serves traditional Scottish cuisine for breakfast and evening meals. There is also a private terrace which is ideal for parties in the summer for example.

The American Diner is a bar that provides a stark alternative and brings to the country an American style of food such as hot dogs and burgers. What’s more, the restaurant takes on a 1950s American theme and features a play area for children.

At the Foyer Lounge and Bar guests can take on board some snacks, coffees or cocktails 24-hours-a-day. Live entertainment is a feature of this 200-seater bar.

The Woodshed Bar meanwhile serves various Scottish dishes and is styled on a log cabin environment.

There is also a Costa Coffee onsite which is open from 9am until 10pm each day and serves all sorts of hot drinks as well as popcorn, paninis and iced drinks.

Finally, the other restaurant is known as Terracotta’s Bistro and serves a selection of international dishes. The restaurant opens for lunch and evening meals each day and also offers a children’s menu.
