The Lochanhully Holiday Resort is a great location for a family holiday in the Scottish countryside. The resort sits in 35 acres of birchwood grounds in Carrbridge, Northern Scotland, roughly three hours’ drive north of Glasgow. The three-star Aviemore setting has one-bedroom chalets with an additional sofa bed in the living room suitable for four guests. There are also two-bedroom chalets, with one double room, one room with bunk beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge for up to six guests. All chalets have full kitchens, televisions, DVD and video players, and WiFi access. Electricity use is payable on departure.

The Macdonald Lochanhully Holiday Resort Aviemore is a self-catering resort, but the Clubhouse at the resort offers a day-long menu of meals and snacks. Guests of Lochanhully can also enjoy the facilities of the adjacent Macdonald resorts, including 9-hole golf at Dalfaber Golf and Country Club and Highland Shopping at the Aviemore Highland Resort. Guests also receive reduced green fees at the Spey Valley Championship Golf Course near Dalfaber.

The Macdonald Lochanhully Holiday Resort Aviemore has a great choice of indoor and outdoor activities for the whole family. This includes 4x4 and quad-biking courses, water sports, rock climbing, volleyball, biking and tennis. Golf is available at Dalfaber and Spey Valley (charged). Lochanhully also has its own trout lake on which guests can partake in fly-fishing. The ski slopes and activities of the Cairngorm National Park are also within close reach. Indoors, there is a children’s play area, snooker room, and a fitness area with gym, steam room, sun beds and a swimming pool.
