The Apex City Hotel is home to the Agua Restaurant. As the name suggests, the restaurant and bar offers fine seafood dining. Both an a la carte and a fixed menu are available. Almost any aquatic delight is featured on the menu, including oysters, salmon and mussels.

If seafood is not your favourite cuisine, guests of the hotel also have the option of experiencing the restaurants at the neighbouring Apex International Hotel. This hotel has two dining venues: the elegant rooftop Heights Restaurant and the relaxed Metro Bar and Brasserie. Both enjoy delicious and wide-ranging menus.
