The aptly named Crown is the Celtic Manor’s most revered restaurant. It has a three AA rosette rating and is helmed by a Michelin-starred Executive Chef. A very sophisticated venue, The Crown has a private lounge space for enjoying a pre-dinner canapé before sitting down to dine.
Olive Tree & the Garden Room
Olive Tree & the Garden Room
The Olive Tree is a somewhat less formal dining choice. It is an elegant venue, highlighted by the Garden Room, which is a conservatory addition with feature windows offering striking views. The Olive Tree has a Mediterranean menu, and in summer offers terrace dining. It also has a cocktail bar.
Le Patio
Le Patio
Le Patio is a lovely little bistro in the traditional surroundings of the Manor House Hotel. It has an AA rosette for the quality of its food, which is classical French and very tasty. Le Patio is open for breakfast, as well as its celebrated dinner menu.

Rafters has a clubhouse setting, and is a great choice for a corporate dinner after a round of golf. The ambience mixes natural architecture with light contemporary style. The menu is modern British, and a smart code is in operation. Snacks are also available in the adjacent Spike Bar.
The Lodge

The Lodge is a homely bistro choice, offering pleasant views of the 18th hole while you enjoy something from the British and Welsh themed menu. The Lodge has a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The adjacent lounge bar also has an all day bar menu.

The Forum Café is part of the Celtic Manor Resort’s health and leisure facilities. The café has a vibrant décor and views to the swimming pool. It offers snacks and drinks throughout the day, which is particularly good for those rewarding themselves after a workout.
Bars and Lounges
Bars and Lounges
Many of the restaurants at the Celtic Manor have bars and lounges attached to them, but there are several bar options. The Manor Lounge Bar is a quiet, sophisticated space, while Merlin’s is a refined bar and terrace area offering drinks and snacks. The Cellar Bar in the Manor House is a sports bar with more of a pub ambience.
