The Kings Head Inn Llandovery is a traditional venue located on the northeastern edge of the Beacon Beacons National Park in the heart of Wales. The Kings Head Inn is located on Market Square in the centre of the market town of Llandovery. The inn can be easily reached by road on the A40, or by rail via Llandovery Rail Station, which is roughly five minutes’ walk away. A Roman fort once stood to the north of the town, and the remains of a Norman castle also stand here. The castle spent many years switching hands between the English and the Welsh during successive skirmishes between the two nations.
