About the Hotel Bernini Bristol

Hotel Bernini BristolThe Hotel Bernini Bristol is a historic hotel which is situated at the heart of the Italian capital and is graced with excellent views out over the skyline. The venue was opened to the public in 1874, initially under the banner ‘the Bristol’ and it still retains much of the splendour of its former days. In later years the Bristol part of its title joined with the last name of Italian artist Bernini who crafted the Triton Fountain sculpture which stands directly in front of the hotel, establishing the name that still exists today. In 1973 the Bernini came under new ownership and it was under its most recent owners that the hotel underwent a refurbishment during the mid-2000s.

The Hotel Bernini Bristol has welcomed a number of well-known names and figures over the years, including the likes of the Prince of Wales, the Queen of England and Prussian Emperor Frederick II. This only serves to add to the sense of occasion for those staying at this top five-star venue with its glamour and elegance. To go with its traditional tapestries and antique furnishings there are also modern amenities and facilities, to ensure you can run a meeting and enjoy a comfortable stay that lives up to 21st century expectations.
