There are Double and Twin rooms, with most of the Twin rooms being equipped for use as family rooms – the hotel is very much family-friendly. The Buckingham Hotel makes a pleasant venue for meetings and conferences, and offers two main function rooms and one smaller meeting room. All three come equipped with useful facilities and up to date equipment, as well as natural daylight.

The Derwent Room measures 47 sq m and can accommodate up to 50 guests theatre style.

The Cavendish Room measures 54 sq m and can accommodate up to 60 guests theatre style.

The Wye Room measures 25 sq m and can accommodate up to 16 guests theatre style.
