From the North (M6)
Turn off the M6 at Junction 40 and head towards Keswick on the A66. After approximately 14 miles, turn onto the A591 towards Ambleside and Windermere. Continue on the A591 until you reach the village of Windermere. Head into Windermere on the A5074 and continue to the bottom of the hill on this road. At the junction, continue on the A5074 Kendal Road, and take the turning to the right into Back Belsfield Road and here you will find The Burn How Hotel.

From the South (M6)
Turn off the M6 at Junction 36 and onto the A590 towards Kendal and Windermere. After 3 miles, turn onto the A591 signposted towards Windermere and follow the A591 until you reach the village of Windermere. Head into the village on the A5074 and continue to the bottom of the hill on this road. At the junction, continue on the A5074 Kendal Road, and the turning into Back Belsfield Road will be on your right hand side. You will find The Burn How Hotel on this road.
