Chepstow has a typical town centre offering of shops. Visitors will find a several high street chains are represented here, as well as a number of independent retailers, but the best shopping centre near Chepstow is undoubtedly the Mall at Cribbs Causeway, a short drive away just north of Bristol. A diverse range of shops can also be found in Newport and especially Cardiff. Like a number of market towns in the area, most notably Abergavenny, Chepstow is also home to a farmer’s market, held on alternate Saturdays with a second county produce market.
