The towns and cities of Cornwall offer a good selection of shops, covering a broad range of interests. High Street shopping is limited really to the larger towns and cities – Newquay, Truro, Penzance and St Austell are reasonably well equipped with the familiar names and larger stores. There is also a host of smaller specialist outlets selling all manner of gifts, arts and crafts, curiosities and antiques, while many of the old market towns of Cornwall still hold frequent farmers markets – the ideal place to find fresh local produce.
